I don't see too much of a point in having dual heatsinks, unless you are taking the heat away to a distance. I'm also hating how large the heatsinks have gotten, and really prefer water cooling
 
about the only thing i could see from such a HS is having the ability of the larger fan being able to turn off while idling but keeping the other smaller fan on to keep cooling the cpu. Although that would be difficult to do in terms of setting up the MB cpu fan setting.....

Beyond that, there is no other idea that can come to my mind that would make sense to have a large and small fan working together.

I like my Xigimatek Gaia, simple and makes sense..... This cooler, not so much....
