Xigmatek Prime (2 fans ) OR Cooler Master hyper 212 EVO or Corsair A50

Guys please help me choose between these three cooler. All 3 of them are priced between 40$-50$ in my country.

1. Xigmatek Prime SD1484(With one extra fan)
2. CM Hyper 212 EVO
3. Corsair A50

I have seen the Xigmatek prime beat the corsair A70 under load and when overclocked in this review.

And we all know the A70 is better than A50= Hyper 212 EVO, so does that make the Prime the best choice of the three ?

I have also heard that both corsair A70 and the Xigmatek Prime's 4 heat pipes don't make proper contact with Processor.Only 2 of the 4 heat pipes actually make full contact with the heat spreader of the CPU
Is this True??

Will the Prime fit in my PC Case ??

FYI:A50 is the Cheapest in my Area around 40$ while both prime(with 2 fans) and the hyper 212 are close to 50 dollars.

My Rig:
Processor: core i5 3570k
Case: Xigmatek Asgard Pro-w
MOBO: Asus p8z77-vlk
RAM: Corsair Vengence 4GB x2

I still use the original version of the Cooler Master Hyper 212. It works for me.
