l cant be able to play otrher games due to the problem xinput_3 dll not found in my pc

install the latest direct x sdk / redistributable..

install both. 1 may just run then appear to do nothing and finish. this just means that part is up to date.

xinput_3 dll can also be installed with games for windows live installer.
