Xinput1_3.dll ammmmm... that you r using Win 8 9200 build ah.... so you can download it from downloaddll.com download the file in zip and paste it on your game path and u'll run the game, Xinput1_3.dll is the file of direct x reinstalling may solve the problem thanx
