xl2411p colors problem

hello 😀 so i just bought xl2411p and i took it out of the box with washed out colors i knew that before but when i try to fix it i can't find what fit me can somebody help me with it ?
the cable is DP does changing to dvi affect the colors is someway good or bad ??
