xl2411z not running 120/144Hz

Hi, I recently bought a BenQ xl2411z 144hz refresh rate monitor, why i hook it up to my 650Ti Zotac 2gb graphic card, in the control panel , the maxiumum refresh rate i can choose is 60Hz.
When i create a custom resolution in the Nvidia control panel (1920x1080@120hz), the monitor says "Please use the dual link DVI cable that came with your monitor" even though I am using it. Any help ?

Which DVI port are you plugging it into? The orange or white one?

If you are plugging it into the Orange port on your GPU, try switching it to the white.

There is only one DVI port, and its white.

I'll keep looking, but under the specifications on your GPU it lists Dual Link DVI Support as N/A http://www.zotac.com/products/graphics-cards/geforce-600-series/gtx-650-ti/product/gtx-650-ti/detail/geforce-gtx-650-ti-synergy-edition-1/sort/starttime/order/DESC/amount/10/section/specifications.html
