I have a problem with my RAM and motherboard.

I am using a Gigabyte B450M DS3H (rev. 1.x) motherboard and two 8GB sticks of G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-3000 CL16-18-18-38 1.35V RAM . I want to enable XMP to run my RAM at its rated speed of 3000MHz, but whenever I do that through BIOS, my system fails to run a RAM test and gets stuck on boot after the third restart. I have to manually shut down three times to get it back up running. I am using Windows 11 22H2 and BIOS version F64a. This issue started after I updated my BIOS from an older version. I don't know what is causing this problem or how to fix it.

Current situation : I'm thinking to rollback my bios firmware from F64a to F63c, idk if it would fix the issue but when i had F63c it had no present xmp issues but still boot issues in which it would require manual restart for to complete bios changes (mainly changing settings like secure boot or disabling csm support)
