Question XMP and throttling

Hello guys, would be great if u can help me with this..

MY SETUP
Case: NZXT H440 USB 3.0 Black/red

CPU: Intel i7-6800K 3.4Ghz Box

GPU: EVGA GTX 1080Ti FTW3 Gaming 11GB GDDR5X

CPU Cooler: Corsair Cooling Hydro Series H110i GT

Motherboard: MSI X99A Gaming Pro Carbon

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4 3466 PC4-27700 32GB 4x8GB CL16

Power Supply: Corsair RM850i 850W 80 Plus Gold Modular

Hard Drive 1: Samsung 850 Evo SSD Series 250GB SATA3

Hard Drive 2: Samsung 850 Evo SSD Series 250GB SATA3

Hard Drive 3: Seagate Desktop 7200.14 2TB SATA3 64M


The problem is i´ve got 32 gb 3466 mhz and when i try to reach 3466 mhz the system become unstable. I don´t know why this happens... The motherboard support xmp 2.0 and the ram still too. Why this happens??? can somebody look if my components are completely compatible???? im triying to fix this since 1 year ago

so i have to change my ram modules to reach that 3466 mhz?? the cpu is not the problem??
According to MSI.....that's what you would have to do.
If it were me....I'd try to get my RAM to run at a slower speed.
I know I don't need 3466.
I run at 2400 and all the games I play are at 4K and I have no issues.....so I just leave it at 2400. I think I can get 3000, but I haven't even tried because I find 2400 fast enough.
