XMP capability for motherboards

is it xmp capable? how do i know if a motherbboard is xmp capable? i already researched a few ones and looked at the manufacturers pages and i cant find any info about it

FYI, you're buying an unlocked (overclockable) CPU but you can't overclock with that motherboard (would need a Z370 board for that). I would also recommend getting a higher quality PSU and a larger (at least 240 GB) SSD.
