Question XMP doesn't function

I'm tying to change my RAM speed by using XMP setting, i can set them on 3200mhz, and on default, but whe i use my ram on 3200mhz my system crashes on regular basis, so i want to set it to a lower speeed, something like 2600 or 2800 but when i try to click it, the bios wont let me chage it, any help?

CPU:Amd Ryzen 7 1700
GPU: Gtx 1060
Ram: 16gigs on 3200mhz
Mainboard: Gigabyte aurorus b450 pro
CPU Block: Corsair Hydro X Series RGB
Pump: Alphacool Eisbecher D5 250mm Acetal reservoir incl. 1x Alphacool Eispumpe VPP755 V.3

Which make/model of ram? Is your bios up to date? Make/model, of the power supply?

xD, sure

PSU: Be quiet pure power 11 600W
Bios is up to date, latest update, even tried with an older one, same issue
Ram is G.Skill Ripjaws 4 F4-3200C16D-8GRK
