Boot up without XMP enabled. Download CPU-Z and take photo or write down the info displayed in the SPD tab. Boot to BIOS and try entering the values you see there for JEDEC and XMP, starting with the lowest. Pay attention to the voltages as well. See if you can get any improvement that way.

it is supported, specs are:

lpx 32 gb 3200 corsair - https://www.microcenter.com/product...nnel-desktop-memory-kit-cmk32gx4m2e3200-black

msi z690 A pro wifi ddr4 - https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/PRO-Z690-A-WIFI-DDR4/Overview

rtx 3060 0c v2 rog strix - https://www.microcenter.com/product...d-triple-fan-12gb-gddr6-pcie-40-graphics-card

i7 12700k - https://www.microcenter.com/product...ga-1700-boxed-processor-heatsink-not-included

corsair vs550 - https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categ...y-Units/vs-series-config-2018/p/CP-9020171-NA

250 gb ssd (got it free from micro center lmao)
1tb hdd(old)

I think that should be it
note that I've had this pc for a while and I've been underperforming quite a bit on games but i just noticed like two days ago that my MHz was at 2133 MHz instead of 3200
i have not tweaked any settings before that other than xmp

I would start with a higher quality level PSU. Not saying it is for sure the issue, but it isn't helping. White rating is too low level for this build that close on wattage.

Compatible and on QVL aren't exclusive. Corsair does generally play well with Intel, but....
