As title suggests, I have been running my "new" 3000mhz ram I bought almost a year ago at sub-optimal speeds (2400 mhz) because when ever I enable the XMP profile for the sticks and reboot, my audio commits suicide. I suspect there is some form of 'interference' that occurs when I do this and I am leaning more towards that being the issue than any other.

Some additional context for this issue is the headphones I am using are plugged into the rear audio jacks. I would use the front panel AC97 but those connectors straight up do not work. Therefore, I am stuck using the rear panel to get working audio on this old case. I'll post my specs below to further provide context as well as looking for ways to create a visual to show exactly what I am experiencing, but that is dependent on if the recording would even pick up the crackling audio.
