XMP Profile Doesn't Work

About 3 months ago I built my first pc. And I heard that memory frequency makes Ryzen run a lot better so I tried using the XMP/D.O.C.P. (asus version of XMP) profile but it didn't work. My computer just tried booting a few times and then I had to reset what I had changed. And I don't know what the problem is since I have already updated the bios.
I have a Ryzen 5 1600, Asus Rog Strix B350-F Gaming motherboard and Corsair Vengeance 3000MHz ram.

Go into bios and check Ai OC Tuner drop box there should be getting multiple options for DOCP settings. Select the one that your Memory XMP supports. Select the DOCP setting with 3000/2922 and test it.

Speeds over DDR4-2666MHz may not be achievable. I would try manually setting memory parameters.

I tried that now, but I only get one option for DOCP.
