Hi there people of THW! I need some help understanding how RAM Frequencies work exactly. So as the title states it is about my 1600MHz RAM that I have (16GB - Link: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231429), and I wanted to know if these truly run at 1600MHz each or if it's 1600MHz in total with all four? I know that question might sound a bit stupid but on my CPUz it shows for the XMP Profile at 1600 but the RAM shows 800MHz

I do understand that my timings are not set properly, aka they are on Auto at the moment, but I was also wondering if they are only able to run at 800MHz each because the SPD tab says Max. Bandwidth is 800MHz, is that what is suppose to say for that or is something else causing it to be only 800MHz?
