XMP profile missing?

Solution
I'd contact the seller and show him the part # of the non-XMP that shows in the SPD tab of CPU-Z, either someone switched sticks and labels or the manufacturer screwed up and flashed the wrong SPD info on the stick (which seems unlikely but it is Kingston), the info CPU-Z shows is pulled right from the SPD of the sticks.
Check the part numbers in the SPD tab, the no-XMP model 9905403-559.A00lf, is a 1333 stick, and as mentioned - XMP is for sticks at 1600 and better, Intel released the XMP standard when default for mobos and MC (memory controllers) was strictly 1333 so no need then for XMP and 1333, it came as few people knew DRAM or how to configure it for higher freqs, especially the advanced/secondary timings (which most all folks still don't know how to do manually, have even run into techs at Corsair, Mushkin and Crucial who have no idea, I've called and asked what the specs were for tRFC or tRC for a particular set and they go ...duh...just a minute and get someone else 😉 It's a bit humorous

I've checked. These sticks are all 1600. I can post a photo of the boxes they came in if necessary.

They are Kingston KHX1600C10D3B1K2/16GB, so 4 modules at 8GB a piece.

The first pack of 2 I bought have that XMP profile, and the second 2 I bought don't. It's weird, as I said they are all identical. Should I RMA the ones without the profile?

Solution
Thanks Tradesman, I'm thinking this happened at the manufacturer. I bought from a reputable source and have never had any issues with them but something is definitely wrong with this. Contacting them now. Thanks again for the help!

Figured out what happened. The GX series of Kingston RAM is XMP enabled. Somehow, GX sticks got thrown in one of the G boxes. Got an RMA issued for the whole lot and bought a 32GB set of Corsair that is XMP enabled. Thanks again!
