Question XMP profile not showing in BIOS

I am with ddr4 2400 Mhz dual channel RAM and I want to upgrade to 3200 Mhz.Motherboard is AsRock Z370M Pro 4 and supports XMP but when I enter BIOS there are no XMP options.Is it because of my current RAM and if I get a new one will the XMP options just pop up?

I suggest you list memory by part number and/or link to it.

I am also with the motherboard you sent and there is no xmp in easy mode and in advanced in tweaker.
I don't think my current RAM supports it but I can't be sure if I get a new one will the problem still persists

Hello. I'm certainly no expert.

Having said that my guess is, assuming the RAM you buy is in your motherboard's QVL for RAM, your BIOS will recognize it and allow you to choose the XMP profile for it. It should run at 3200.
