Hello, I bought recently H150i Pro RGB. everything is fine. But i noticed something I had stable frame rates and constant 60fps from my recent games. Warhammer vermintade 2, RDR2, Star Wars battlefront 2. I don't even play highest settings at all. High is fine to me. Anyway, after installing H150i aio cooler when i first tried to start system, It was shut down 2 times in a row. Then it was boot up. I have log into to bios then i noticed something, that is xmp profiles not working. bios and windows10 (tried msi cpuz z too) Ram frequency shows 2133mhz. I tried different profiles like 2933,3000mhz but not worked at all. So i think that causes fps drop below to 60fps for my games which is i'm playing without any problems and constant 60fps. I'm monitoring with MSI afterburner. temps are fine, clock speeds still same.

try reseeding it. since this is ryzen, with a pga cpu installation, maybe it shifted while putting the new cooler on and the contacts arent fully touching.
no need to take off or reapply thermal paste, just unscrew the cooler, put the arm up, take the cpu out, put it in, give it a little wiggle and lower the arm, then put the cooler back on.
