Hello i have amd 7 5800x3D and i have these xmp profiles what do you thing is better for 5800x3D thanks for answers.

What memory do you have onboard? Since you cannot overclock the cpu, faster memory would be my pick at 3600mhz.

The faster 3600 should give just a bit better performance.

It probably makes little difference.
Faster ram is offset by higher latency.
That said, ryzen seems to be dependent on fast ram for performance.
