XMP profile with different RAM sticks with different tRAS values

Hello,

I'll try to keep this short as much as possible.

I have two Corsair DDR4 2x8 GB 3000mHz with 15-17-17-35 that I ran at its advertised speed by using XMP in Gigabyte Z270X-Gaming 5 motherboard.(Those sticks are in DDR_2 and DDR_1 DIMMs respectively)
Recently I got a single stick of Hyper X Predator DDR4 3000mHz 16 GB with 17-15-15-36 (in DDR_4 DIMM)

I have tried to manually adjust CAS latency of both brands (increasing the corsair CAS to match the Hyper X and vice versa) but the motherboard fails to boot. Any help or insight is much appreciated and cherished.

Mixing memory modules is hit and miss. Even identical modules purchased at separate times can be incompatible.

I'm well aware of that fact, but I bought the hyper x dirt cheap from a friend and had high hopes for compatibility i guess.

More than likely won't run when mixed......Very common 50\50 chance
