Im running two 1gb sticks of Corsair XMS 6400 ddr2 memory with stock 5-5-5-12 timings and a stock voltage of 1.9v. I'm overclocking a e6300 to 375 FSB, with a 1:1 ratio this still is underclocking the ram. The current autoconfigured ram timings are 4-4-4-12 at 1.9v. Should I up the voltage or am I fine at stock voltage because it is underclocked? And are these autoconfigured timings fine? These were all found using CPU-Z btw.

Actually, the "stock" or standard voltage is 1.8V. Manufacturer-sanctioned overclocking to the advertised/specified speed/timings *may* require a voltage increase; in this case Corsair says you won't have to go above 1.9V to reach those speeds/timings.

You need to use tests such as memtest86+ and Orthos to see if you're getting any memory errors. If not, there's no need to boost the voltage any more.
