XOLO Q800x wifi and bluetooth problem

I own a xolo q800x and its bluetooth and wifi stopped working suddenly.
It shows only turning on.
Please help me!

Has the phone been upgraded or updated?

Have you installed any new applications?

Any drops or falls?

Double check your configuration settings and the phone is still not working then go back to the store - especially if the phone is still under warranty.
