Xonar D2/PM PCI Sound Card on my system .

Dear Sir

As I have installed Xonar D2/PM PCI Sound Card on my system having Super micro 8XDAi Motherboard. with PCI slots. 3x 33MHz PCI slots.

OS: Windows 7 64bit
CPU: xeon 5690 X 2
RAM: 32gb total rams
GPU: nvidia quadro 5000
PSU: 1200watts smps

When we Power ON the system doesn't initialize the HDD and the Screen show NO HDMI also its gives 5 Short & 1 Long beep continuously.THIS SOUND CARD WORKS ON OTHER PC"S.
After Removing this Sound Card the system boot normally. this mother board X8dai excepts other PCI sound cards.can some please help,

1| Have you made sure the BIOS for your motherboard is up to date?
2| What sort of a machine did you populate the Xonar sound card onto to verify that the sound card is operational?
3| Although you've stated that you have 3x 33MHz PCI slots, have you tried populating the sound card in each of the three i.e in slots 1,4 and 5? Do you also have other PCI based devices in your "workstation" system?
4| As per your motherboard manual, page A-1, 5 short + 1 long beep indicate a memory error.
5| Can you give us a breakdown of your ram population?
