Xonar DGX - Cant Change Ohms/Use the amp

I have some DT 990 Pro headphones and i want to set the ohms for them like in this video: https://youtu.be/dbLgqOKAPIg?t=200

But for some reason the wrench doesnt appear in my sound center interface.

Does anybody know why?

The only requirement should be that "Headphone" be selected as the audio output from the "Analog Out" dropdown menu; shouldn't be anything else you have to do the make the setting appear.
