Xonar Dgx Problem

Hello.I have the following problem.When I listen to music and oscilate betwen low and max volume,the volume slider stops working.The problem is resolven if I reinstall the driver.
What could be causing this?

No idea - - have you installed latest driver from Creative's website?

Creative? It's an Asus card. And yes, I have the latest drivers. The problem appeared recently, it worked fine till now.

Oops - my bad. Asus of course. Try rolling driver back to previous version in Device Manager.

Thanks for your reply.I found some Unix drivers and installed them.So far,so good.
