Xotic pc vs Overclockers.uk 8pack?

Hi. I am planning to buy a gaming pc. But I am confused which gaming company to choose. The pc needs to be fast as possible. I overclock a lot. I play games at ultra high graphics. It needs water cooling. The pricessor should be Intel i7 5960X. The motherboard should be X99. And there should be a 4 way sli GTX 980. Which company should I choose? 8 Pack or xotic pc?

P.S. I also stream on twitch and make high quallity gaming videos for youtube!
