XP 3200 OCable?

Friend of mine asked me "is it possible to OC an athlon xp 3200 with retail fan/heatsink?" Told him if OC means OverCooked then yes, but what do you guys think, is it possible? I'm not much of an OCer myself, I like stability

3200's dont o/c that well. Maybe 200mhz, using a stock cooler.
