Heres the situation. I have a new computer with fairly good specs as well as a SSD. Because im a student, I got windows 7 ultimate update for very cheap. But as a result, I would need to install xp first. Would doing this have an adverse effect on the ssd or any other component of the computer? If so I could just spend 100 on home premium full, but I'd like to look at my options before I go ahead with doing anything. Thanks in advance for any helpful response
