One of my locations consists of NT boxes and print using
NT print drivers sitting on the print server. They are
currently introducing XP boxes into my environment. They
only fix I have for the XP boxes to print is that they
install local print drivers. Is there something else I
can do? Is there a driver out there that will work with
NT, 2K, and XP? Please help.

This is a common problem with different driver versions in a mixed NT &
2000/XP environment and after all is said and done the easiest solution is
to install a Windows 2000 or 2003 print server for the XP clients to use.

I'm guessing these are HP printers? You might end up with weird problems--
unable to print landscape or otherwise corrupted print jobs. In my
experience Lexmark seems to behave a little bit better *in this regard*

Here's the background...
