XP can"t find right dll in Windows to load fax

Since i have a preloaded version of XP home and don't have the load disk how
can I get around the problem of not having the correct dll to make fax work

It's a microsoft sp2 problem, the files you need are pre-loaded in the
c:\i386 folder this worked for me:

Best to
do a system restore checkpoint just in case. The description on the website
says its a fix for installing another windows component but it worked for me
( i do have a toshiba laptop)

Click on the Windows Start Menu.
2. Click Run.

3. Type esentutl /p %windir%\security\database\secedit.sdb

I know it looks odd because of security bit but the link is below. Hope it
