using xp home, 1.8 GHz Intel Pentium (R) 4 Processor //256mb ram
SIS 650 chip set // AGP 4x Graphics Card // Nvidia GeForce2 MX-400
initial signs is that, its says on the monitor there is error in my sound
cards or monitor etc but i can intermittently use the pc.
but now, when i on the pc, it goes to the 'safe mode' page immediately
saying bcos of hardware etc (nothing installed at all).
when i hit safe mode, it will show a page of infomation etc and
(a) after some times it will show the xp loo and back to the safe mode page,
(b) it will come back straight to the same page.
some times the wording also grabble or missing an alphabet or 2.
just wonder what could be wrong with the pc. any one experience these
symptons before and whats the solnution. many thanks
