XP Default fonts and Word Fonts

I have a customer who is an author of Birthday, sympathy, and Wedding cards who has saved 2 terabytes of cards from XP hard drive using the XP word Fonts. Now she wants to change to Win 7, but the fonts don't match to open her files. Help!

If Microsoft Word was used to create the cards, she must install Microsoft Word on her Windows 7 PC if she wants her saved cards to open with the proper fonts.
