XP Dell ethernet driver

How and Where do I get ethernet drivers for a Dell 5150 with xp. Don't say Dell drivers downlaoad. There is Application,audio, bios, chipset,communication, diagnostics, input, network, removable storage, serial ata, system utilities, and video. Which one is ethernet? I've downloaded almost all but still not up and running. What else do I have to do tto get xp running?
