The displaying on the screen is inverted (right-left), the device has windows XP. It needs mirror to read right
 
Solution
See if you have a restore point available and go to a time before this started. The only option I know that does this is for projectors so you can display with the projector being behind the screen not in front, maybe someone was playing around with those settings. You can also try to remove the video card from Device Manager, and reboot, that should reset the options for it to defaults.
Seems like at some point the rotation feature was enabled under your video card's options.

Right click on desktop->properties, from then on you have to enter either to "Nvidia control Panel", "AMD CCC Catalyst" or "Intel integrated Graphics" depending on which video card you have, then look around for monitor or screen options until finding anything related to Rotation, there should be different options with degree options (0º, 90º,180º) or simply "rotate to left/right/up/down", keep choosing each of them until you get your monitor back to normal.
