Hey guys...Any help would be appreciated.

I partitioned an 8 gig space for my OS alone to be installed on. However, slowly, the drive is getting fuller. Right now, 2 months after a clean format, i have 1.5 gigs free in the partition for my OS. Any suggestions on what might be eating my memory. Thanks for any suggestions.

It might be that you have multiple restore points that could be deleted. I never use more than 5% of the free space in the designated partition when the feature is active.

Hey guys thanks for the tips.

I regularly monitor my temporary internet files folder and all temp folders but a second check never hurt.

I was able to clear up room with deleting system restore points.

One last question. How much room should XP take up from its initial install?

Thanks again to both of you.
