XP Home System crash

I have a conflict with xp home SP 2 and TV-Media.
Report contents in C:////Temp/WERca91.dir/mini120204-01dmp
and a Sysdata.xml file ?????????????? Webroot spysweeper will not resolve.
Please advise

Why would you think a spyware program would resolve a Windows error?
