XP Mode 32 bit on 64 bit system

My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit.

Can XP mode run a program with 32 Bit OS requirement?

7 home premium CANNOT run XP mode

7 PRO can

32-bit only for XP mode (normal)

windows 7 runs 32 bit programs just fine on its own.

XP mode is not available on windows 7 home premium
