XP problems please help

Since uninstalling ATI video/graphics software have a host of problems with windows xp

Drag and drop
Cut/paste

Cant access properties from right click menu

RPC service unavailable cant manually re start due to logon error 1069

Any ideas please help

wow... you might have damaged some system files... try running sfc /scannow from a command prompt

I ran the scan from command prompt it completed the scan but didnt give any info.

I cant reinstall windows xp3 because the cryptographic service isnt running, I cant copy, cut, move or send it to a cd.

you might have to run sfc /scannow in safe mode.

at above site, they also mention how to get a more easily readable error log of the result:
"findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt""

The issue that caused is was a registry from a VPN Software called Easy Hide Ip, deleted the remaining registries using autoruns by sysinsternals and the properties was restored!

Scan doesnt work in safe mode because the RPC service isnt running. The SFC log saved on desktop is empty.

I think it's time for a new computer

I've tried manually restarting RPC service in safe mode getting the same error message. Cant start service because of logon error 1069.

With the cryptographic service I get error 1068

Other strange things like my browser is listed twice in the task manager, anything I open like my computer is listed twice in the task manager
