Xp seven Sound Stutter

Hi guys!
I have a problem thats really bothering me?
When i hear to music or do anything the sound stutter really bad when its low. Sometomes i cant even hear the sound.
I have done everything i have found on the internet. I have even configured it, but it wont work.
I am using a snowball microphone, but that cnat be the problem, since I have had this problem even before i got the snowball. Maybe its the cord, but im not sure.

Need more info here:
1. System specs
2. Are we talking about external speakers?
3. Are we talking about monitor speakers?
4. Do you have a sound card installed?
5. Is the audio device integrated to the motherboard?

Again, most of this stuff can be answered by posting your system's info (make, model, specs)

The speaker i have problems with is on my turtle beach headset.

I have a built in soundcard in my motherboard Supremefx 2014
