Hello,
My operating system is Windows 7, and until recently I accessed the net using Firefox. I caught a trojan somewhere along the line and one of the many items it caused to fail was Firefox. So I'm back to I Explorer. Now I get all kinds of error messages when download product. Specifically, tonight I'm trying to download my ST tax return file from HR Block Tax Cut, and get the messaage "winsock not initialized"

Any help is much appreciated and please keep it simple as I'm technologically challenged.
