XP startup problem

i have a problem on my windows xp, it stucks on the startup screen and does not shows my user profiles. because i change some settings in permissions in registry, how to rollback the permissions?

Reinstall Xp, thats how its done

Try System Restore ... all programs > accessories > system tools > System Restore
