XP won't boot after RAM upgrade

I just upgraded the RAM on my old desktop. It is an MSI K8N Neo3-F. It originally had 1GB RAM (2x512MB). I upgraded to 2GB (2x1GB). With the 2GB RAM in the system, Windows XP x64 will not boot. It will either Blue Screen (literally. No error message, no reboot, the screen just turns blue. Nothing on the screen, just blue). Or, it will just stop during the boot process (the XP logo screen with the "progress bar". The "progress bar" will just stop). If I remove the 2GB RAM, and replace the original 1GB RAM, Windows boots just fine.

Now, here is the weird part, I CAN get to Safe Mode. Is there anything in Safe Mode I can do?

NOTES:
-The RAM I bought is PC3200 (DDR 400) 2.5v
-Memtest86+ (after 1 pass) reports ZERO errors
-The original RAM is PC3200 and 2.5v

Guess what. It works now. All I had to do was "Load Defaults" in the BIOS.
