Question XPG Prime not detecting SPECTRIX D60G DDR4 RGB Memory Module

So I've been trying to change the rgb for my ram for the longest time but nothing seems to work. Ive deleted all other apps that have rgb controls, went through the BIOS, and tested other apps also but those also don't seem to detect it.
Specs
NZXT N7 Z490
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER
Intel Core i7 10700KF
4x SPECTRIX D60G DDR4 3200 RGB Memory Module = 32gb ram
Windows 11
 
if the XPG Spectrix set isn't detected by your motherboard control software then it may not be possible through an unrelated 3rd party app.

you may need to have something from Adata themselves.
see if they offer their own separate LED control software through the set's product support page.
On my motherboard app which is NZXT CAM, it does show the RAM sticks are there and show up as A-Data Technology DDR4 3200 DDR4. When i open XPG Prime which is the intended rbg software for the xpg spetrix stick, it shows up as undetected
