Question XPM not found

First I will say the necessary information:

Placa GA-P55-USB3 (Rev 2.0)

Intel Xeon x3480

16GB RAM 4x4GB G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 2400 PC3-19200 CL11

Well my board supports 4GB modules at maximum 2200Mhz.
When installing everything well, I get into the BIOS, apply the XMP profile "Profile 1" and change 1600Mhz for 2280Mhz. I put the timings that the manufacturer says 11-13-13-31 and I save and restart.

I open CPU Z and I find that they continue at 1600Mhz.

Does someone have any idea of what it can be?

I have also read the troubleshooting guide but it did not help me.

PS: The BIOS is updated to the latest version

Your link is for a 2x8GB kit, not a 4x4GB kit.

Sorry but my motherboard supports a maximum of 4GB modules. Look at it before buying.
