Xpress recovery2 error

When working on an arcade machine thing I booted the computer and it said please install xpress recovery2 from cd title. Press any key to continue what does this mean and how do I install it? If I click a key it has an install wizard pop up and if I click install from recommended then it just sits there and says loading game menus then it goes to a black screen and stops freezes.

was it installed before, did you get this error before?
Bot in BIOS and try disabling it.
Do you see your hard drive in BIOS?

No I do not know if it had it before. It is hard to get into bios because it boots to quickly.
