This morning one of our computers in my office lost the ability to print via Quickbooks. After looking in the "Devices and Printers" screen, I noticed that the XPS Document Writer was missing from the list of printers. Looking at other forums has show that this is the culprit. I've tried reinstalling it, but I receive an error message "Printer Driver Was Not Installed. Element Not Found." I can't find where I can download the driver or if I can copy it from another machine. I'm stuck now as that computer won't print via Quickbooks as I understand that QB uses XPS to print all forms.
