XPS fast charge

Hello !
Any idea why would my xps9710 not charge my phone on a fast charge ?
It shows fast charge for 2s and then changes to cable charging. Cable is 100W rated .

• Have you tried other ports?
• Have you tried other cables?
• Is there anything else connected to the USB ports?
• Is the laptop updated with the latest drivers/firmware?
• Have you tried another device that's fast charge capable?
• Have you tried the phone with another fast charger?

Thats a yes for all of those, I have a usb hub connected but only a mouse connected to that . They are all thunderbolt 4 so should be ok with the power delicery right ?
