Xps won't start

No power at all. Checked cord and it's fine. Tried calling dell and they said they don't fix because they have no parts. It's less than 5 years

So its your either your Power Supply box or Adapter thats decided to take a dive and well, if you've checked with Dell & they don't have it; Im afraid theres very little hope..Unless you can get a different adapter and try then you'll be able to identify weather its the power adapter cord or the power supply unit in the laptop itself...If its the cord, then good..Otherwise,All the Best!
