Why does it take 5-10 minutes to copy one page even if only one line of type? How do I remedy this - thanks for help.

"Epsom printer" - - its "Epson" (Epsom is a horse-racing venue).

Check the print quality settings in the printer preferences, though if it's taking 5-10 mins. to print one line I'm more inclined to think the printer is faulty. Repair of a printer is never worthwhile or cost-effective. Just get a new one.

If you want a brand recommendation - - Canon, and only Canon.
