I have a XSPC photon 270 reservoir and D5 combo. The D5 pump is not pumping water through the outlet. I tried tilting the case and moving it around hoping water would go through, but no water went through. I had water in the reservoir and nothing was happening. It is my first time watercooling. I had the pump connected to the reservoir with the pump on bottom with the tube then connected to the gpu, 360 rad, cpu, 240 rad, then back to the pump. I am currently getting a RMA for a new pump, but I want to see if I am doing anything wrong before having to wait and get a new pump.

So you had the loop order going pump to res to components
If this is the case you have burnt out the pump, you ran it dry. I'll explain why when you get back because I wont lecture you if you did do it right.
The loop MUST go reservior to pump, and it needs to be gravity fed so that the pump NEVER runs dry, as that is the fastest way to kill a pump, as you found out

I meant i had the pump underneath the reservoir, so the pump never went dry. That was my mistake.

Could you put up some pictures of it so I can see, it may be the you have the water going into the outlet?
