I have a i7-5820k OC to 4.2Ghz 1.27V in my Lan box I have room fro a MAX of 64MM to top mount a radiator

XSPC Raystorm 750 EX360 Universal CPU Water Cooling Kit (New Rev. 4 Pump Included)
Or
Corsair H110GTX
Both are about the same price I am thinking the XSPC would be better but it is there entry level lower end unit.

Well, you won't get the cooling performance out of the the Corsair like you would the XSPC. The XSPC has a much bigger coolant reservoir than the Corsair has. Just make sure you have plenty of room for that XSPC, it is quite large.
